Afghanistan

This was his first deployment with his new plane. The flying is very different from the kc-10 and slower ( it took 3 days to get there). They did alot of airdrops in remote places and landing on makeshift airfields. He said the flying was amazing and it was nice being there during the winter instead of the heat and sand storms.
